How we work

Shutdown windows are fixed. Our schedule is built around them.

  1. Bid review

We walk the site, read the drawings and flag risks before we price.

  2. Task plan

Every activity, owner and predecessor laid out before mobilization.

  3. Coordination

We run meetings with the owner, utility and other trades and lock dates in writing.

  4. Field work

Our own foremen run daily pre-task plans and report progress every week.

  5. Closeout

Test records, as-builts and punch list delivered on the completion date.

Safety

Everyone goes home the way they came in.

Safety is planned into every task, not added at the end. These programs run on every job we staff.

Pre-task planning

A written plan of hazards, PPE and controls before every new activity.

Daily toolbox talks

Supervisors brief the day's work and site conditions; everyone signs in.

Stop-work authority

Anyone on site can stop work when they see an unsafe condition.

Incident investigation

Every incident and near miss is reviewed for root cause and shared across jobs.
